Zeno Construction were appointed Principal Contractor after a 2-stage tendering process for the design and construction for the new teaching facilities at Chapeltown Academy.

 

Working closely with the trust to develop the design, Zeno ensured that space was maximised to provide a new purpose built engineering block. Zeno also converted an office block attached to the site into new teaching spaces to allow the school to expand its Sixth Form intake for the following year.

 

Working to a tight timeframe, Zeno completed the project on time and on budget alongside a glowing review from the client!
